Ebony Advocates is a Colorado-based nonprofit organization advancing equity through environmental justice, leadership development, health advocacy, and civic engagement.

Rooted in the belief that every person has the power to be an advocate, Ebony Advocates equips individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to influence decisions, shape policy, and lead transformative change. We focus especially on those who have historically been excluded from advocacy spaces—people who have never been invited to see themselves as leaders, decision-makers, or agents of systemic change.

Our mission is to identify, educate, and mobilize advocates who will champion equity, strengthen communities, and expand access to opportunity across environmental, health, and civic systems. Through comprehensive leadership training, mentorship, and hands-on advocacy initiatives, Ebony Advocates builds lasting capacity within communities of color to exercise power and drive policy solutions rooted in justice and lived experience.
